Our client is building a truly unique and diverse development whilst creating a centre for the local area. This stunning development was to include an appealing blend of styles and designs that included two and three storey terraces, semi-detached and detached properties.
The Project
The client has specific designs for each property type and after feasibility checks we produced working drawings for each product type.
The Solution
Procter Cast Stone’s joinery department to interpret the drawings and then manufacture the timber moulds. With so many different products each item was individually labelled so when it arrived on site our client knew exactly where it was to go.
The Results
Our client has built a truly stunning development with a mixture of property types.
